Frequently Asked Questions

If you want a freestyle (giving me creative control) just put that in the description with whatever details you want (colors, flowers, bottles, ect)

All orders will require a deposit of $50 that will go towards your balance. The remaining balance will be due a week before pickup date.  Orders that are $200 -$300 wiill reqire a deposit of $100, orders over $300 will require a deposit 50% of total.

No deposit = No order

After submitting your deposit your remaing balance will be due in FULL a week before pick up date. If you are submitting a last minute order please note that the payment will need to be due after finalizing the order.

I prefer two weeks in advance for orders, however, if that's not possible a late fee will apply, please note that when placing an order last-minute add-ons may be limited. This does not apply to dessert tables. 

13-6 days: $10

5-3 days: $15

An extra tiered cake would resemble the size of a wedding cake with two seperate cakes being stacked on top of each other. An extra cake layer would be adding an additional layer of cake on the inside. (Ex. cake(layer 1), filling, cake(layer 2). filling, cake(layer 3), filing, cake(additional layer 4). 

All I ask is that proper communication is held when you know you are going to be late. Orders that are 60 minutes late will have a $15 late fee that will need to be paid off prior to picking up your order. Any orders that are unclaimed for 48 hours after the original pick-up date will be thrown out, and no credit will be applied to your future orders.   Please choose a pick-up time that is realistic to your schedule.

Please allow 48 to 72 hours for a response.

Delivery is only avaliable for dessert tables and large cake orders. If you are unsure if that applies to you, please feel free to ask. 

You should definitely place your cake in the fridge after pick-up. DO not leave it in the car for a long period of time. I would recommend pulling out the cake 30-40 minutes before you are ready to serve.

I understand that things happen so, as long as you cancel your order within 72 hrs of your pick up date you will get your full refund (minus the non refundable deposit). Cancelations within 48-24 hours of your pick up date will not get a refund since materials would have already been bought, and the cake would have already been made. 

unfortunately, once an order is completed and ready for pickup there are no refunds.
